Jawline shaper

Jawline shaper is your daily go-to for jaw shaping. This activates muscles in front of neck that are rarely used. Be sure to take it slow. Step 1: Put one hand on the chin and hold it in the middle. Step 2:With your other hand, starting from the chin, thoroughly massage and stretch the tissue along your jawline to the ear. Step 2: Start over.
Step 3: Repeat 5-7 times on each side.

Vowel Exercises

By sounding out vowels and stretching your mouth, this exercise targets the orbicular muscles around your lips and tightens the lower face area. Step 1: Open your mouth to create an “O” sound. Exaggerate the vowel to tighten the muscles. Keep like this for 10 seconds. Step 2: Now, open your mouth to create an exaggerated “E” sound. Tighten the muscles and keep them like this for 10 seconds. Step 3: Repeat the “O” and “E” movements 5-7 times.

The Chin Tuck

This exercise helps in streamlining the muscles under the chin supporting jaw. You can do this by standing, seated, or lying down. While doing this exercise, make sure that the ears stay over the shoulders and keep your head straight. Step 1: Sit or lay down on the floor. Step 2: Bring your head back and forth several inches until the neck muscles on either side of the throat contract and relax. Step 3: Repeat 10-12 times.

The Jaw Unlocker

This exercise engages the muscles in your jaw and neck. Do it for just several minutes every day, and your face will look more relaxed and symmetrical in no time. Step 1: While seated, make a fist with your left hand and place it on the outside of your jaw with your thumb facing down. Step 2: Turn your head toward your fist, feeling a stretch on the side of your neck. Step 3: Don’t allow your hand to move. Step 4: Press your jaw toward your hand. Keep like this and count to five. Gently release. Step 5: Repeat on the opposite side.

The Lion’s Breath

This is one of the exercises that face yoga shares with actual yoga, Also known as Lion’s pose, this yogic breathing exercise reduces stress and helps to relax your face muscles. Step 1: From a seated position, lean forward to brace your hands on your knees or the floor. Step 2: Inhale deeply through your nose. Step 3: Open your mouth wide, stick out your tongue, and stretch your tongue toward your chin. Step 4: Forcibly exhale your breath across the base of your tongue while making a “ha” sound. Step 5: Relax and breathe normally. Step 6: Repeat up to 7 times. Step 7: Afterward, breathe deeply for 1 to 3 minutes.
