Top face yoga exercises to look younger

Exercise #1. Forehead roll

Let's start by smoothing the forehead.
  1. Pinch the skin on your forehead and roll it up.
  2. On the sides, roll a little to the side.
  3. First, roll the skin in the middle. Then, the skin on the left. Then, the skin on the right.
  4. Repeat for 30 seconds.

Exercise #2. Hairline stretcher

Knead the skin near the roots of your hair with your fingertips.
  1. Put your fingers on the hairline and move the skin in a circular motion.
  2. Repeat for thirty seconds

Exercise #3. Face lifter

This exercise helps to tighten the face and reduce headaches.
  1. Run your fingers through your hair.
  2. Get a grip on the skin and try to move the entire scalp in a circular motion. Do this vigorously.
  3. Move your hands to the back of your head little by little.
  4. At the back of the head, clench your fists, and move the scalp in circles again.
  5. Move from the bottom to the top, step by step.
  6. Do this for 30 seconds.

Exercise #4. Eyebrow lifter

Helps to open the eyes and lift the upper eyelid.
  1. Pinch the skin between the eyebrows.
  2. Step by step, pinch the whole length of eyebrows to the temples.
  3. Repeat this move 5-7 times.

Exercise #5. Crow feet remover

This helps to reduce the wrinkles in the corners of the eyes, so-called "crow's feet."
  1. Put your fingers on the corners of your eyes.
  2. Now gently pull, stretch, and knead the creases.
  3. Do this for 15 seconds on one side and 15 seconds on the other.

Exercise #6. Nasolabial fold massage

A great way to treat the nasolabial folds.
  1. Put your index fingers next to the wings of the nose and press.
  2. Massage the little curves on the sides of your nose, where the folds start.
  3. Try to get to the deeper tissues as you massage.
  4. Continue for 30 seconds.

Exercise #7. Nasolabial fold pull

Helps to reduce puffiness in the face almost instantly.
  1. Put your fingertips along the nasolabial fold.
  2. With three fingers, massage the cheek tissue, pulling it from the nose towards your ear.
  3. Pull along your cheek straight to the ear and then down the neck.
  4. Repeat 5-7 times on each side.

Exercise #8. Cheekbone lifter

For beautiful, chiseled cheekbones. This exercise tightens the bottom part of your face.
  1. Put your palms under the cheekbones, press and slightly pull up towards the ear.
  2. Step by step, move along the cheekbones. Make sure the skin under your eyes isn’t moving.
  3. Repeat till you get to the ears. Then start over.
  4. Repeat this move for 30 seconds.

Exercise #9. Jawline shaper

A must-do for a beautiful face shape.
  1. Put one hand on the chin and hold it in the middle.
  2. With your other hand, thoroughly massage and stretch the tissue along your jawline all the way to the ear. Start over.
  3. Give one side a good go, then move on to the other.
  4. Repeat 5-7 times on each side.

Exercise #10. Neck toner

This exercise tightens the platysma, a slim and tender muscle in the front of your neck. Don’t pull or stretch it. Just pat your neck gently from the bottom to the top.
