Over the years, skin that was once tight and firm can start to sag. This happens because your skin makes less of two important skin health proteins, collagen and elastin, as you get older. Collagen and elastin keep your skin young, firm, and glowing. As production decreases, sagging jowls and other signs of aging begin to show. Fortunately, there are many ways you can combat loose jowls and aging, and you don’t have to spend a fortune on injections or chemical peels. Some of the best methods are non-invasive and can be done at low-cost from the comfort of your home. For example, mastering facial yoga can make a big difference in the appearance of your face and neck.
